Our starter packs are the perfect way to sample all of our flavours before committing to the larger pouches. Just tear and pour into a water bottle for 200 calories of Tailwind goodness, no mess, no fuss.

Each stickpack is the equivalent of 2 servings of 100 calories from the larger pouches. For endurance workouts, mix one stickpack in 500-750ml of water to sip over an hour. Adjust to your personal calorie needs during training, using hunger as a guide.

When it’s dialled in, you’ll feel satisfied and energetic, not hungry or full. On hot days, keep the same calories per hour, but increase water. To use in combo with other foods, reduce Tailwind intake by the calories you’re consuming elsewhere to avoid overloading the gut.

Adam W. ★★★★★

Finally a way to try every flavor without committing to a big bag, and the tear-and-pour sachets mean zero sticky scoops mid-run. I've downed three different ones this week and each mixed into a water bottle with zero clumps, which honestly surprised me. The 200-calorie mark hits the spot for a long

The single-serve pouches are so convenient for work travel—just rip and shake into a bottle, no measuring scoop to lose. I’ve gone through four flavors now and none of them have that chalky aftertaste I usually get with other nutrition mixes. The 200-calorie portion is spot-on for a quick lunch repl

I wasn’t sure about committing to the big bags, so these single-serve tear-and-pour packs were the perfect test run. Just dumped one into my water bottle on a hike, shook it up, and got a solid 200 calories with zero powder clumps at the bottom.
